This is a journal of meals to inspire you and to refer back to myself as well. Far from a gourmet cook, I'm just trying to get supper on the table for a family of 7. The recipes you'll find here are simple. You'll notice I often take the easy way out- that's due to the fact that the more I touch the food, the more my hand eczema flares up and to the fact that I have 5 children ages infant- 7 and I just don't have time to slave for hours over one meal. In my attempt to make simple, inexpensive meals that everyone likes, I rarely please them all but I'll keep trying!
